Dear Pavithra
Wonderful dish indeed. I feel the cumin will overpower the coriander falvour, but still it will be awesome, Ican imagine the taste. Now it is fresh Potato season and I am going to make it...

Hi,
Made this yesterday for chappatis and they came out lovely...the caramalized onions take the dish to a totatlly different level..i just had one doubt..do we need to add chilli powder or chillies?
@Ashwini .. I am glad that you liked it..I did not add either chillies r chili powder in the recipe. The flavors r balanced with the other masalas, you can add chili powder to the sauce if you want to make it more spicy.
Excellent recipe, but how does one print out just the RECIPE
@anonymous..there is a Print button on top below the post title , you can use that n print the recipe
